Walnut Cake

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces of wholemeal flour.
  • 8 ounces of walnut pieces.
  • 4 ounces of sugar.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • ½ cup of cooking oil.
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.
  • One lemon’s worth of freshly-squeezed lemon juice.

Directions:

Mix together all of dry ingredients.

Add the milk and oil and mix thoroughly.

Add the lemon juice.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes.

Serve as desired.
