Ingredients: 3 cups of flour. 2 cups of sugar. 2 cups of cold water. 3/4 cup of vegetable oil. 6 tablespoons of cocoa. 2 tablespoons of vinegar. 2 teaspoons of baking soda. 2 teaspoons of vanilla. 1 teaspoon of salt.
