Ingredients:

  • 5 cups of carrots, shredded.
  • 1 ½ cups of celery, chopped.
  • 1 ½ cups of mayonnaise.
  • ¾ cup of raisins.
  • ¾ cup of walnuts, chopped.
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard.
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  • 10 lettuce leaves, to serve on.

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the carrots, celery, raisins and walnuts.

Add the other ingredients (except lettuce leaves) and mix thoroughly.

Serve on lettuce leaves.
