Peking Style Asparagus

- 14 oz of canned asparagus, drained.
- ¼ cup of chicken stock.
- ¼ cup of water.
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
- 1 tablespoon of sherry.
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Directions:
Heat a pan.
Add the oil, chicken stock, water, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Stir until boiling.
Add the asparagus and heat thoroughly.
Serve.
