Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients:

CAKE:

  • 2 medium eggs.
  • 1 stick of butter.
  • 1 ½ cups of flour.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar.
  • ½ cup of white sugar.
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

ICING:

  • 1 ½ cups of powdered sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of milk.
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
  • 1 tablespoons of butter.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Directions:

CAKE:

Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

Mix all of the ingredients together.

Grease and flour a suitably sized pan.

Spread the mixture into the pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

ICING:

Mix all of the ingredients together well.

While the cake is still warm, spread the icing over top of the cake and allow to cool before serving.
