Coffee Cherry Almond Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Sour Cream.
  • 1 pkt French vanilla cake mix.
  • 3 Eggs.
  • ¼ cup of Water.
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling.
  • ½ cups of Almond slices.
  • Powdered sugar glaze.
  • 1 cup of crushed strong instant coffee.

Directions:

Combine the cake mix, sour cream, egg and water together.

Pour into greased 15X10 inch baking tin.

Drop spoonfulls of cherry pie filling onto the mix.

Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until golden.

Sprinkle with almonds and glaze.
